Due to carrier embargos, provisioning of service orders and number porting will be held or delayed during the embargo period and may also be delayed for a several weeks afterwards as the backlog is processed by our carrier partners. We will continue to accept orders during the embargo period and attend to active and critical requests where possible.
In preparation for this period, we encourage any of our PBX customers needing holiday-specific changes made to their services to email firstname.lastname@example.org or Contact Us with your requirements as soon as possible. If you require greeting messages changed, please ensure you include appropriate wording with clear instructions on when you want the change to start and end.
Our staff will be taking a well-earned break during this period. While we will continue to attend to support requests, telephone response will be reduced and non-critical support tickets may also be delayed.
Noting industry-wide embargos, our focus will be maintenance of your services only. We recommend against significant changes during this period as unscheduled issues may be more difficult to resolve and could incur additional costs.
