As we progress into a more uncertain year, IIG is introducing changes to our working practices. While these changes are only minor, the health and safety of our families, our customers and their families must remain a priority.
From today (17 March, 2020), we will begin to restrict onsite activities where the reasons are deemed non-critical. We will continue to service and support existing clients via telephone and online services and where possible, co-ordinate with suppliers and technicians for site visits.
In all cases, direct face-to-face contact will be conducted following best practises to minimise the spread of this virus. If you are expecting personnel onsite, we would ask that you inform us if anyone at the site is unwell or self isolating as soon as practical so appropriate measures can be adopted.
IIG will continue to support our customers to the high standard we are known for, but the way we do this may need to change due to the uncertain conditions. We do not anticipate any significant disruption but ask for your patience and understanding where delays may occur.
