PRESIDENT'S
MESSAGE/ Club Business
Hi Michael,
I think we should include a reminder about Club
dues in this weeks Bulletin. This could go in either as part of
your Presidents message or as a note from the Treasurer.
The facts are that by the end of the month we will
have to pay District Dues totalling $3740.00 and Semi-Annual Dues
totalling $1153.00, overall total $4893.00. Club Dues paid to date
total $2400.00. After this Friday, because of the show, our only
other meeting is on 30 July.
We need as many of the 22
members (who have not paid their dues) to pay their dues this Friday.
I will be posting the invoices to the few who have not received
them yet, tomorrow.
If the amount required, $200 or $220 is mentioned
in the reminder they will not really need their invoices to pay
the dues.
I will bring you a report of the state of our General
account with me on Friday.
I will also need to know details of any funds required
as a float for the show stall this Friday.
Regards David
