Available Payment Options
The following payment methods are available for your Internet Services, Domain Names, Hosting or Managed Solutions. To ensure your service remains activated at all times, please contact us if you experience any difficulties with your preferred payment option.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Please include your Invoice/Account ID in the electronic transfer payment and then email the bank receipt details to eft@iig.com.au. Alternatively, send by fax (0)7 4015 2322.

Auto Pay (credit card)
Setup automatic payments for your invoices using your preferred credit card. All payments are deducted on or shortly after the invoice’s due date. Updating your credit card details? The same secure online form can be used to notify us of new information.
Pay Pal (accepts credit card)
Make a secure online payment with your credit card or Pay Pal account. You will need the Pay Pal reference number shown on your invoice. This reference number is used for retrieving your invoice details.
Cheque by Mail
Please post your invoice’s payment slip along with your cheque made payable to Internet Information Group.
