Existing customer? Your existing plans are not automatically moved to new pricing as this requires renewing a contract for the service and this may not be desired in some circumstances. Subscribers wishing to change should do so by sending us an online message.

Important Fine Print for Broadband OPEN/ADSL Monthly Plans:

1. All OPEN services will be provisioned as OPEN2 (ADSL2/2+) where possible.
2. If OPEN2 is not available for any reason, OPEN1 (Fast ADSL1) will be provided.
3. OPEN service speed will vary dependant on the distance from your telephone exchange and the quality of your telephone line / ADSL equipment.
4. For OPEN2, 20000/1024 kbps is the maximum and for OPEN1, 8000/384 kbps is the maximum possible however no guarantee is offered that this will be achieved on any particular service.
5. IIG provisions a low-contention network and takes no responsibility for other networks and associated congestion and faults.
6. Usage is calculated as the sum of inbound data received by you, from the Internet, between 7am AEST to 8pm AEST.
7. Excess usage is charged at $0.05 per Megabyte and capped at $50 per month.
8. All prices and volumes are per calendar month.
9. Contract period is a minimum 12 months.
10. New service fee: a service activation fee of $130 per port applies to new services.
11. Speed or service modification fee: $60 may apply as a result of speed or supplier changes.
12. Plan modification fee: a change to a lesser value plan while the service is within contract will attract a $30 fee.
