ADSL2/2+ service speed will vary dependant on the distance from your telephone exchange and the quality of your telephone line / ADSL equipment. 20000/1024 kbps is the maximum speed possible however no guarentee is offered that this will be achieved on any particular service.

Please note, older plans are not automatically moved to new pricing as this requires renewing a contract for the service and this may not be desired in some circumstances. Subscribers wishing to change should do so by completing the Online Application above.

Usage charges are only calculated on inbound data (received by you from the Internet).
Excess usage is charged at $0.05 per Megabyte.
Static IP Address.
All prices and volumes are per calendar month.
Contract period is a minimum 12 months.
A service activation fee of $130 per port applies to new services.
A service modification fee of $60 may apply where a speed or wholesale supplier change is required.

We don't penalise the business user - on "unlimited", traffic shaped networks, it is the business user who ends up paying for the over-user / abuser;
We don't overload the network - we have a low 'contention' ratio for business users. This means less users per stream, ensuring availability of quality bandwidth to ALL customers;
We don't sell you a basic connection 'kit' that can open your computers and network to hackers - we recommend and supply ADSL Routers that offer Firewall and Secure VPNs for your Network.

ADSL Equipment

An ADSL modem is required to connect to the network. The modem can be integrated in a router or instead connected directly to a computer.

We only recommended the use of a router as this allows access for several computers at once while providing security from the Internet by way of the builtin Firewall. A modem gives access to the connected computer only, requires the computer to be turned on all the time and does not provide any protection for that computer.

DrayTek Vigor 2700e : $129.95 - Targeting the requirements for residential, SOHO (Small Office and Home Office) and business users, the Vigor2700e series is an ADSL2/2+ enabled integrated access device. With downstream speed up to 12Mbps (ADSL2) or 24Mbps (ADSL2+), the Vigor2700e series provides exceptional bandwidth for internet access.
DrayTek Vigor 2700Ge : $179.95 - Vigor2700Ge has all the feature of the Vigor2700e and is embedded with an 802.11g compliant wireless module which provides wireless LAN access with data rate as much as 54Mbps. As for data privacy of wireless network, the Vigor2700Ge can encode all transmissions data with standard WEP and industrial strength WPA2 (IEEE 802.11i) encryption. Additional features include Wireless Client List and MAC Address Control for maintaining control over user's authorization in your network, and Hidden SSID for being invisible to outside intruders scanning.
Filters : $15-$40 each - Filters are required to allow the use of Phone/Fax on ADSL Line. Depending upon how your phone system is installed, one or more line or central filters may be required. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

SHDSL

SHDSL stands for Symmetric High-Speed Digital Subscriber Loop. It offers speeds from 512 Kbit to 4 Mbit but is available only from a limited number of telephone exchanges at this time. If you have a need for higher speed, please contact our office for prices and availability.
